Knowledgeable - Thorough - KIND- Informative- took a vehicle to them for an inspection prior to making a purchase decision. Kamal, Brian, and Jama made me feel like my own dad was inspecting it to ensure I was not going to get screwed over, and that the vehicle was completely safe/ reliable. They combed through the vehicle, all hands on deck analyzing every centimeter to look for any issue. They identified problems with the vehicle that were hidden by car fax- they saw and exposed issues that the dealership attempted to conceal. They walked me through every component of the vehicle and educated me in a respectful way. They made me feel valued and actually taught me about things pertaining to that truck. The owners Kamal and Brian went to great lengths to ensure that this was going to be a good purchase for me, giving me advice about all positives and negatives. It’s obvious they are passionate about their business and not in it for profit. I Will be taking all my vehicles to them and recommending them to my friends for any needs from oil change, tinting, interior water protection, mechanical problems, cosmetic etc. they clearly have a capable crew and I saw the work they were doing with other vehicles. Awesome guys, awesome service, intelligent crew and a long list of services they can provide. Overall 11/10 great experience with the new management here at Perfection Automotive Inc.

Paid $150 for a synthetic oil change last week which is incredibly more than I’ve ever paid anywhere else. They recommended new brakes, rotors, the whole shebang which I declined in order to bring my car to my retired mechanic father to look at first. Now we’re wondering what I paid $150 for. My oil is overfilled, my windshield wiper fluid was completely depleted and there was a ton of acid build up on the battery terminal. Not to mention my brakes are not nearly as urgent an issue as they made it seem. They had my car for over 2 hours and barely did the minimum service, they should be embarrassed.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by Perfection Automotive, and I couldn't be more impressed. When my car failed to start and subsequently shut off, I suspected a battery issue, despite having recently replaced it at a different store. I gave them the receipt for the battery that was exchanged for what I had a warranty on, and they got the new battery at no cost to me. After contacting numerous shops in the Falls Church area and facing no availability, I was fortunate to reach out to Perfection Automotive, which was a bit farther from my location.To my relief, they promptly arranged for my car to be towed to their facility. Upon diagnosis, they efficiently identified that the alternator was the culprit behind my car troubles, subsequently leading to the premature failure of the new battery I had installed. They effectively communicated the issue and recommended replacing both the battery and alternator, as well as the worn serpentine belt, which they noticed was in poor condition during their inspection. ❤️❤️👍👍🔥💯

You cannot judge Perfection Automotive based on past reviews. As of late June the company came under new management. They charged me $300 more for a radiator replacement than the estimate given by the repair shop when Jason was the manager. What's more, they damaged or put in a faulty temperature sensor which also needs replacement. You can no longer rely on their cost estimates or the quality of their work. Avoid them at all costs.

Very satisfied with the service I've received at Perfection Automotive. Usually I am cautious about getting ripped off but the young man was very transparent with me. He explained the whole procress to a T. Not only are the staff friendly but they also work diligently ensuring you get quailty work and a bang for your work. The starter on our rental went out and we were stranded on I-95 in the middle of the night. We got the vehicle towed to Perfection Automotive from a recommendation of a local and thank goodness we did! They called within 15 minutes of opening and got details from us. HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR THE LAST YEAR AND THEY JUST REOPENED WITH NEW MANAGEMENT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE INTERIOR, IT IS ALOT NICER AND CLEANER. WAS WORRIED THAT THE SERVICE AND THE EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE GONE DOWN BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WHEN IT WAS BETTER. 20 year customer.Monday morning, 'Check Engine' light has been intermittently coming on for a week, time to take it in.(Toy 4Runner, 247,212 miles, head gasket failed, leaking coolant into the 6 hole. Bummer.)Note: I drive between 125-200 per day for work. No car> no billable hours = soup line.Dave and Danny identified everything I should consider replacing while they had it apart...I said "of course (price doubled...ouch) I gotta have it, when can I pick it up?"They said, "Let you know today."Heads were off that day and delivered to the machine shop, timing assy was delivered along with 2 gasket kits and 2 sensors mounted UNDER THE HEADS were ordered, just to be sure.They gave me a loaner (THANK YOU).Picked it up Thursday morning.Put 1300 miles on it in the last 2 weeks, flawless.They know their stuff.Thanks tons guys.

I will say not only highly recommended for their honesty and performance but David and the staff treated me like their own family and have never met me before. I would give 100 stars if I could! To simply sum it up: TRUSTWORTHY, COMPETENT, and HELPFUL--or best mechanics ever! My family has been Perfection Automotive customers before I could even drive--and I have used them for over 20 years. Not only do they do great work, they help to educate you to be a better car owner and look out for you. Always feel as though my vehicle is in good hands.

I was 2 hours from home, in Sterling on business when a rusted brake line blew out on my pickup truck. Went down the list of shops nearby on Google and everybody was booked. I was actually recommended to this shop by another shop who was too busy to take on anymore work. Limped my truck to Perfection Automotive using only the parking brake. David and his men got my truck on the lift showed me the extent of the rusting lines. Got new brake lines all around. It’s a shame this shop is so far from my house or I’d have them fix all the rest of the junk I own. Thanks a lot David and the great tech that fixed my hoopty.

I cannot recommend the honesty and clear expectations that Dave and his team give when you car is "sick." I found them through word of mouth after a dealership gave me an astronomical quote (about $2,000). I took my car to Perfection, $500 later and a day later, my car was fixed! Honest mechanics are hard to find and you don't leave when you do which is why we are still customers almost 10 years later.

If you need service for your car, take it to Perfection Automotive. They are the friendliest, honest and most fairly priced repair shop that I have ever dealt with. Very easy to schedule an appointment and very convenient to drop off your vehicle. Thanks for the great experience!
